Our quality assurance system has been assessed and registered in accordance with AS9100 and BS EN 9001:2015. As well as our AS9100 approval we hold approvals by many of the major aerospace, F1, subsea, mining, automotive and medical OEM'S.

Inspection

In order to ensure the processed component meets the quality demands of our customers we make extensive use of state of the art viewing equipment. Inspecting complicated parts with complex hole intersection systems is achieved using borescopes both flexi & rigid. In order to satisfy our customers needs components are subjected to 100% inspection in all processed areas. Our 100% inspection also ensures that the risk from FOD is eliminated.

The statement "remove all burrs" is all too often used. We insist on qualifying the required deburred condition before we embark on process development, we often request that reference standard components are put in place

Time spent on establishing the deburring standards is essential for the ongoing repeatability and consistency of deburred products. In order to ensure that the processed components meet the quality demands of its customers we make extensive use of state of the art viewing equipment.

Inspecting complicated components with complex internal cross hole intersection systems is achieved by using boroscopes and digital viewing systems. In order to satisfy our customer needs critical components are subject to 100% inspection in all processed areas. Inspection means establishing the criteria used by our customers and then exceeding that standard in our inspections.
